Link purpose from context (link-purpose-context)

A link's purpose can be determined from nearby context that is programmatically associated (e.g., a heading, paragraph text, list item text, table cell, ARIA label, etc.)


Unclear link without context:

This example fails WCAG 2.4.4 because the link purpose is only understandable by referencing a separate paragraph, which is not programmatically associated.
