Descriptive link text (link-texts)
When no programmatically determined context (e.g., surrounding text, headings, or ARIA labels) is provided, the link text must be self-descriptive, clearly conveying the link's purpose on its own.
Link purpose in table:
This example fails WCAG 2.4.4 because the link’s purpose is only indicated in a separate row of a layout table. The context is not programmatically connected to the link.
