No meta refresh delay (no-meta-refresh-delay)

The <meta http-equiv="refresh"> element must not include a delay value before redirection or refresh.

Redirect after long delay:

This page includes a <meta http-equiv="refresh"> tag with a 72,000-second delay (20 hours). Even though the delay is long, the user cannot stop or control it, which fails WCAG 2.2.1.

Note: Possible to automatically test. Automated tools can detect meta refresh elements with any delay value and confirm whether user control is available.
