Disabling shortcuts (disabling-shortcuts)

If a keyboard shortcut uses printable characters, authors must provide a mechanism to disable it, remap it, or restrict its activation to when its component has focus.


Undisableable single‑key shortcut:

Press D to delete the selected message. There is no toggle or settings control to turn off or remap this single‑key shortcut.
