Incomplete color definitions (incomplete-colors)

Authors must specify both foreground and background colors together to ensure sufficient contrast and override conflicts with user settings.


Only background-color specified:

This page specifies a white background color but does not specify a text color. If the user agent has a light default text color, this may result in unreadable or low-contrast text.


Note: Possible to implement because CSS style declarations can be scanned for cases where only background-color or color is defined without the other. Must include computed styles and inheritance.
